SINGAPORE (Jan 3): Midas Holdings has announced that three metro train supply contracts totalling to RMB2.68 billion ($547.7 million) were awarded to its joint venture (JV) unit, CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Rail Transport (NPRT), in which the group has a 32.5% equity stake.

NPRT is a Sino-foreign JV engaged in the development manufacture and sale of metro trains, bogies and their related parts.

One contract is worth approximately RMB1.15 billion, and was awarded by MTR Technology Consultation (Shenzhen) for the Shenzhen Line 4 Phase 3 Project.
