Alliance Healthcare to provide healthcare services to MBS

The agreement, which will commence on July 1, can be extended by another year subject to review.

Under terms of the agreement, Alliance Healthcare, led by executive chairman Dr Barry Thng Lip Mong, will set up a clinic within MBS' premises.

According to MBS, it employs more than 10,000 full-time employees.

Besides the usual outpatient services, Alliance Healthcare will also provide teleconsultation, health screening and vaccination services and also mental wellness assistance to employees of MBS.

The company will also offer managed healthcare services to enable employees of MBS and their eligible dependents to access medical services at its selected partner clinics in Singapore as well as administer and process claims for medical services.

On Feb 13, the company reported earnings of $1.9 million for the half year ended Dec 31 2022, up 14.1% y-o-y. Revenue in the same period was up 1.2% to $28.9 million.

Alliance Healthcare shares last traded at 17 cents on June 22.
