KTL Global’s CEO Liu Changsheng has tendered his resignation as the company’s executive director and CEO on the evening of July 26.
His last day with the company will be on July 31.
According to the SGX filing put out by the company, Liu’s resignation comes following the company’s new business direction, which will focus on Singapore and Southeast Asia moving forward.
His resignation also comes as Liu seeks to spend more time with his family.

Liu’s notice period has been shortened as he has to attend to his family’s needs urgently due to the floods in China.
The board says it is currently looking for Liu’s replacement.
In the interim, the management team will be led by Chin Teck Oon, an executive director of the company.
Shares in KTL Global closed 0.4 cent higher or 3.8% up at 10.9 cents on July 26.
