Raffles Infrastructure has terminated Ma Zhi as an executive director on June 28.
The reason behind the cessation was due to Ma’s “failure to meet the standards of the duties and obligations of an executive director of the company”.
According to a bourse filing, the company had taken steps to terminate Ma’s services based on international investigations conducted and documentary evidence.
Ma was appointed to his current position on April 1, 2020.
Shares in Raffles Infrastructure closed at 6 cents on June 28.
