Tuan Sing Holdings 5IC

T24 has terminated its $500 million secured multicurrency medium term note programme by Superluck Properties established in October 2019.

There are no notes issued and outstanding under the programme, which has been terminated with effect from Dec 27.

Accordingly, the appointment of DB International Trust (Singapore) Limited as notes trustee and notes security trustee, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch as principal paying agent, Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch as non-CDP paying agent, DBS Bank Ltd. and United Overseas Bank U11

Limited as arrangers and dealers, as well as all other appointments pursuant to the programme have also ceased.

Shares in Tuan Sing closed 0.5 cents higher or 1.85% up at 27.5 cents on Dec 27.
