Figtree Holdings, via its subsidiary Figtree Projects (Chongqing) Co, has secured a RMB65 million (approximately S$13.6 million) contract to design and build an industrial facility which will be located at Changshu High tech Park in China’s Jiangsu Province.

The contract was awarded by Pano (Changshu) New Energy Technology Co, a manufacturer of wind turbine generators and accessories in China.

Construction of the Facility is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2021 and complete in the first quarter of 2023.

According to Figtree Holdings filing to SGX on May 27, the contract will contribute to the revenue of the group but is not expected to have a material impact on the earnings per share and net asset value per share of the group for the FY2021 ending December.

Shares in Figtree closed flat at 6.9 cents on May 27.
