The joint chairman and executive director of Centurion Corporation OU8 , Loh Kim Kang David, has acquired 300,000 shares of the company for $222,000, or 74 cents apiece, according to a Sept 17 filing on the Singapore Exchange S68 (SGX).
Following the transaction, Loh’s stake is up at 58.57%.
Currently, Loh holds a 50% interest in Centurion Global and a deemed interest of 425,756,126 shares held by the group in Centurion Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centurion Global.
Additionally, Loh is also deemed to have an interest of 200,000 shares held by his spouse, Wong Wan Pei.
Shares in Centurion Corp closed flat at 74 cents on Sept 17.
