Sabah-based oil palm company, TSH Resources Berhad, will start its secondary listing on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange S68 (SGX) at 9am on Sept 26.
The company, which is mainly in the business of oil palm cultivation and the processing of raw products to crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK), was founded in 1979. It was subsequently listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in 1994.
The group is also involved in other businesses including rubber, cocoa and engineered flooring.
According to The Edge Malaysia, TSH saw the dual listing as an opportunity to diversify its shareholder base and improve its trading liquidity. The company added that the listing on SGX will boost its presence in Singapore, among other factors.
TSH Resources will be trading under the stock code “TSH”.
Shares in TSH Resources closed at RM1 on the Bursa.
