DBS Group Holdings has appointed Kuok Khoon Hua as an independent non-executive director of its wholly-owned subsidiary, DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, with effect from Oct 7.
Currently, Kuok serves as a director of Kuok (Singapore) Limited, and chairman and CEO of Kerry Holdings Limited.
He also holds the role of vice chairman and non-executive director of Kerry Logistics Network, which he was appointed in October 2021.
Shares in DBS Group Holdings closed 32 cents higher, or up 0.84%, at $38.36 on Oct 7.
