Gerry Chan has been appointed deputy chief executive officer of CapitaLand China Trust AU8U ’s (CLCT) manager, with effect from Sept 1.
According to an Aug 23 bourse filing, the role is “executive in nature”, and Chan will assist Tan Tze Wooi, CEO of the manager, in managing “all aspects” of CLCT’s business. Tan was appointed in March 2017.
Chan is currently managing director of REIT investments at the manager of CapitaLand Ascott Trust HMN .
Units in CapitaLand China Trust closed 1 cent lower, or 1.46% down, at 67.5 cents on Aug 23.
