Nanofilm Technologies International has announced that CEO Lee Liang Huang will be resigning from his role as CEO and executive director due to health reasons.
His resignation will take effect from August 21. He was appointed CEO of Nanofilm in November 2017.
Dr Shi Xu, executive chairman of Nanofilm, will assume the role of interim CEO until a successor is appointed. He previously served as Nanofilm CEO between 1999 to 2017.

Shares in Nanofilm closed up 1 cent or 0.19% higher at $5.40 on June 22.
