CFM Holdings has received a query from the Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) on Sept 17 as its share price fell steadily throughout the day.
At 4.46pm, shares in the company fell to an intra-day low of 18.4 cents, 14.4% lower than the 21.5 cents at close on Sept 16, triggering a query from the market regulator.
In its filing, SGX RegCo has asked the company to confirm its compliance with the Catalist rules, noting that this was the second query issued in the past four months.

In addition, CFM Holdings was asked to reveal any information explaining the “unusual” price movements, if any.
Shares in CFM Holdings closed 2.6 cents lower or 12.09% down at 18.9 cents on Sept 17.
