Zafferano

April 3 and 4

Indulge in a splendid array of Italian Easter classics at Zafferano, accompanied by unlimited pours of champagne and sparkling wine. Festive highlights include the symbolic torta pasqualina, a beloved Italian quiche from Northwest Liguria, containing spinach, buffalo ricotta cheese and baked whole eggs, which signify new life.

For mains, try the roasted lamb leg, a classic Tuscan Easter dish, which is enveloped in a crust of pistachios, and complemented with mustard jus.

Relish the assortment of fruits, cheeses, and delightful confections such as pastiera Napolitana, a tart synonymous with Easter in Naples.

Zafferano’s Italian Table Easter Brunch is available from 12pm to 3pm on April 3 and 4. Free for children aged six and below, diners can opt for a free flow of soft drinks, juices, and coffee or tea at $108++, a free flow of beer, sparkling and house wines at $148++; or a free flow of champagne, premium wines and beer at $198++, in addition to non-alcoholic beverages.

Porta

April 4

Porta celebrates Easter with two themed platters, available for dine-in and delivery. The Family Favourite Platter includes smoked salmon and guacamole croissant, French toast, mini omelette, sauteed mushrooms, chicken chipolata sausage; while the Fantastic Feast Platter features eggs benedict with pork ham, scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms, crispy bacon, pork bratwurst and grilled asparagus.

Good for two diners, each platter is priced at $45++ and also comes with grilled asparagus, confit tomatoes, potato rosti, Bircher muesli, multigrain bread, mesclun and greens.

An “eggs-quisite” Easter awaits you at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore with an ensemble of delights ranging from buffets, takeaway roasts, drinks and more.

The Easter Sunday Brunch @ 15 Stamford offers diners all-you-can-eat selections handpicked by Chef Alvin Leung himself. Expect poached lobsters, shucked oysters and other Asian brasserie specialties.

The Easter Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung will be available from 12pm to 3pm and is priced at $148++ per person for food only, with additional $48++ for sparkling beverages, $68++ for the champagne package and $118++ for the vintage beverage package.

The Bar @ 15 Stamford is hosting a Liquid Easter Brunch with unlimited drinks to celebrate Easter in high spirits. Nibble and tipple on unlimited pourings of sparkling wine, red and white wine, housepour liquor and cocktails, paired with a three-course meal of the best dishes from 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung.

Begin with a charcuterie set of jamon iberico de bellota, beef bresaola, Iberian chorizo and salami, perfect for munching with wines and bubbly. Then, move on to a whole Easter spit-roasted beef served with corn on the cob, pan potatoes and gravy, or a full rack of Bangalow sweet pork with sesame ginger verde. End the meal on a sweet note with toasted coconut ice cream.

The Liquid Easter Brunch at The Bar at 15 Stamford will be available from 12pm to 3pm and is priced at $128++ per person, inclusive of food and drinks.

For a more intimate setting, The Atelier offers a brunch for kids and the kids at heart.

Expect delicacies like oysters, charcuterie plates, hot seafood on pans and more, followed by a whole Easter platter featuring black Angus beef sirloin, roasted grass-fed lamb leg, roasted free-range spring chicken and more.

Bring your kids along to The Foyer, with a screening of cartoons, Easter Bunny cookie making, egg colouring and DIY Easter hand stickers, all with safe distancing measures in place.

Easter Sunday Family Brunch at Atelier will be available from 12pm to 3pm and is priced at $118++ per person for food only, with additional $48++ for sparkling beverages, $68++ for the champagne package and $118++ for the vintage beverage package. Solo Ristorante

April 4

Located along Amoy Street, Solo Ristorante is pleased to introduce the Il Solo Easter Brunch from 12pm to 3pm on April 4, showcasing a veritable feast of Italian classics that will transport one to Chef Simone Fraternali’s grandma’s kitchen in his hometown of Gradara in central Italy.

Guests can look forward to a casual, free-flow meal of classic favourites like the slow roasted leg of lamb, as well as spring ingredients like white asparagus and artichokes.

Diners can enjoy a free flow of appetisers, mains and dessert from a scrumptious selection. Prices are at $108++ per person, inclusive of free flow soft drinks; $148++ for three hours of free flow prosecco, red and white wine; $198++ for three hours of free flow Billecart-Salmon brut champagne, red and white wine.
