SINGAPORE (March 10): The four-storey industrial property at 47 Changi South Avenue 2 has so far been the main focus for Shari’ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust unitholders voicing their dissatisfaction with the REIT manager for underperformance.

It is one of three properties that Sabana REIT proposed to acquire in December. The property is being acquired from Vibrant Group, the sponsor of Sabana REIT and 51%-owner of the REIT’s manager.

At present, some 13,000 sf of space on the ground floor of the property is currently being marketed by property agents to potential tenants.
