(June 8): Thai-listed Nirvana Daii has signed an agreement today with Banyan Tree Group to brand the Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok, a super-luxury riverside condominium.

Construction by Bouygues-Thai began in December 2016 and sales of units is expected to start in September.

The first condominium to be developed by Nirvana Daii, Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok has a total sales value over 6 billion baht ($244 million) which translates into an average selling price of 300,000 baht per square metre.
