SINGAPORE (Sept 6): A consortium comprising Heeton Holdings, Lian Beng Group, Ryobi Kiso Holdings and KSH Holdings has started the first phase of its new regeneration scheme at Bridge Street, Leeds, England, UK.

In a press release jointly issued by the four companies on Wednesday, the consortium says that the scheme will create a “sustainable urban destination” on the 2.45-acre site, which is set in the city centre in close proximity to the Victoria Gate shopping centre and the emerging creative quarter.

The site was formerly occupied by British Gas prior to its relocation to Holbeck.
