SINGAPORE (June 17): Property group Ho Bee Land's total investment in London properties has risen to $2.4 billion, thanks to its latest acquisition -- Ropemaker Place.

On Sunday, Ho Bee said wholly-owned subsidiary, Grandeur Property Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of Frasia Properties S.à.r.l (FPS) for £650 million ($1.16 billion).

FPS is registered in Luxembourg and owns a freehold property known as Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2. AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets is the manager of FPS.
