SINGAPORE (April 22): Selected companies will be automatically granted an extension period to issue their unaudited full-year financial statements, according to the Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo).

In particular, those that have financial year-ends (FY-ends) of Feb 29, 2020 and March 31, 2020 will be given a two-month extension.

On the other hand, companies that have a FY-end of April 30, 2020 will be given a one-month extension.
