SINGAPORE (June 27): Renewable Energy Asia Group, whose shares have been suspended since 2015, has received a requisition for a Special General Meeting (SGM) to oust four directors and its company secretary.

The requisition was made by 52.31% shareholder Xu Jian.

Xu wants shareholders to vote out Dr Zheng Lei, Lien Kait Long, Tan Sin Huat and Wong Gang be removed as directors and Soh Yeow Hwa as the company secretary.
