Sembcorp appoints new group CFO to succeed Koh Chiap Khiong from Sept 3

SINGAPORE (May 28): Sembcorp Industries has appointed Graham Cockroft, currently chief financial officer (CFO) of New Zealand-listed Contact Energy, as the group’s CFO with effect from Sept 3 this year.

Cockroft will succeed Sembcorp’s current group CFO Koh Chiap Khiong (pictured), who has served as Sembcorp’s CFO since 2010 and remains on the group’s Senior Leadership Council as head of the group’s utilities business in Singapore, Southeast Asia and China. 

Koh has also been named Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) for the group, and will be overseeing internal efforts to strengthen the group’s capabilities and organisation in support of its new strategy announced in Feb this year.
