SINGAPORE (Mar 6): Singapore O&G, the chain of medical practices specialising in women's health mainly in obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G), has agreed to a settlement amount of $1.25 million from its former lead independent director, Christopher Chong Meng Tak.

The group announced in a Dec 27 filing last year that Chong had resigned amid the legal dispute, which concerns the company’s claim of $1.5 million from Chong in relation to “a transaction of the company in which Chong was involved”.

An agreement was reached on Mar 1, the group said on Tuesday, where itself and Chong have agreed on the sum of $1.25 million as a full and final settlement on the said dispute.
