This 30-year-old flat in Tampines looks like it is trapped in a time warp. The mustard-coloured leather sofa set may have been all the rage in the late 1980s, but looks a bit out of place in this day and age. Eugene Wu, who lives with his parents in their flat, wanted to give their home a new look that did not involve a major overhaul. W. Atelier, which stocks a wide range of furniture, furnishings and lightings, provided Wu with some clever ideas that even his parents approved of.
