Try these tips to give your living room a new look
This 30-year-old flat in Tampines looks like it is trapped in a time warp. The mustard-coloured leather sofa set may have been all the rage in the late 1980s, but looks a bit out of place in this day and age.

Eugene Wu, who lives with his parents in their flat, wanted to give their home a new look that did not involve a major overhaul. W. Atelier, which stocks a wide range of furniture, furnishings and lightings, provided Wu with some clever ideas that even his parents approved of.

The tired-looking sofa set was replaced by a spiffy Zanotta sofa and two poufs so the family members can put their feet up when they watch TV. The poufs also come in handy as extra seats should visitors drop by.
