SINGAPORE (March 6): Here are some stocks that could move the market this Monday morning.

ISR Capital, which closed at 12.7 cents before the stock was suspended on Nov 27, will resume trading on Monday. This followed revelations in court on Feb 28 that the company has been under the manipulation of John Soh Chee Wen, the alleged mastermind behind the spectacular run-up of three penny stocks before their crash in 2013. The company is in the process of acquiring a 60% stake in a company called Tantalum Holding (Mauritius), which owns the rare earth mining concession, for $40 million in new shares priced at 10 cents each.
