SINGAPORE (Feb 9): The Hour Glass reported 3Q18 earnings of $14.2 million, up 6% from $13.4 million a year ago on reduced costs and expenses.

SINGAPORE (Feb 9): Luxury watch retailer Cortina Holdings posted earnings of $5.6 million for the third quarter of FY18. This is more than double its earnings of $2.5 million a year ago on higher revenue.

SINGAPORE (Feb 9): Hupsteel sank into the red in 2Q18 with a $2.1 million loss compared to its profit of $0.5 million a year ago, largely due to the write-off of fixed assets related to the group’s redevelopment of 38 Genting Lane.  

SINGAPORE (Feb 8): GP Industries, the electronics manufacturer, saw its 3Q18 earnings double to $17.7 million from $8.2 million in the same period a year ago on higher other operating income and lower distribution costs.
