ARA Trust Management (Suntec)

SINGAPORE (Jan 23): ARA Trust Management, the manager to Suntec REIT, announced DPU for 4Q18 declined by 0.5% to 2.59 cents, compared to 2.60 cents in 4Q17.

SINGAPORE (Apr 25): The manager of Suntec REIT announced a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.433 cents for 1Q18, 0.3% higher than 1Q17 DPU of 2.425 cents.

SINGAPORE (Oct 30): Suntec REIT is trading 2 cents or 0.8% higher at $1.94 as at 10.22am on Monday with 1.1 million units traded.

SINGAPORE (July 26): The manager of Suntec REIT today posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.493 cents for the second quarter ended June, 0.3% lower compared to the 2.501 cents it posted in the same period a year ago.

SINGAPORE (Jan 26): OCBC Investment Research has upgraded its call on Suntec REIT from “sell” back to “hold” and raised its fair value estimate to $1.54 from $1.53 previously, after incorporating the REIT’s full-year results into its model.  

SINGAPORE (Jan 25): Suntec REIT has declared a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.6 cents for the fourth quarter ended Dec 2016, 5.6% lower from the previous year’s DPU of 2.75 cents.

SINGAPORE (Aug 10): CIMB Research is upgrading its “reduce” call on Suntec REIT to “hold” with a higher target price of $1.68 on its latest acquisition.

SINGAPORE (July 21): ARA Trust Management (Suntec), the manager of Suntec REIT, has declared a DPU of 2.501 cents for 2Q16 ended June, relatively unchanged compared to the DPU of 2.500 cents in 2Q15 a year ago.
