MAS announced the appointment of Lawrence Wong and Deborah Ong to its board of directors today.

Quek Bin Hwee has been appointed as an independent, non-executive director with effect from April 1.

The guidelines came about due to the recent spate of cyber attacks on supply chains.

The new initiatives will allow AMTD's chairman and CEO Calvin Choi to focus on the company's strategic developments and visions.
