Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), which was bought over by the company in 2016, will be redesigned with the current CMA CGM regional office, as a major regional hub under its new name, CMA CGM Asia Pacific Limited.

SINGAPORE (July 19): Neptune Orient Lines says trading of its shares has been suspended at the close of the voluntary conditional cash offer by CMA CGM S.A.

SINGAPORE (June 10): The general offer by CMA CGM S.A. for Neptune Orient Lines Limited (NOL) has been declared to be wholly unconditional after majority shareholders Temasek and its affiliates tendered all of their shares in acceptance of the offer.
