SINGAPORE (Aug 14): Healthcare operator Thomson Medical Group plans to establish in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) centres in China and other Southeast Asian markets, in collaboration with assisted reproduction specialist IVI-RMA.

Thomson Medical is looking to set up about two IVF centres in China, and another in Vietnam within the next 12 to 18 months, executive chairman Roy Quek told The Edge Singapore on Aug 14. These will be in the form of joint ventures with IVI-RMA, and may involve healthcare operators in the respective countries.
