SINGAPORE (May 21): Tiong Seng Holdings, the construction group and property developer, has been contracted to construct a 10-storey polyclinic and long-term care facility building for the Ministry of Health (MOH) for $47.68 million.

The construction of the new healthcare facility, which is located along Balestier and Serangoon Road in Singapore, will commence in June this year.

According to Tiong Seng, its latest project win brings the group’s construction book size to approximately $641.7 million extending to 2020.
