Vard secures contract to build one expedition cruise vessel

SINGAPORE (Sept 11): Vard Holdings, the shipbuilder of specialised vessels, has won a contract for the design and construction of one expedition cruise vessel for Australian expedition cruise operator, Coral Expeditions.

The vessel has been newly developed by Vard Design in Norway in close cooperation with Coral Expeditions.

It is specifically designed for small ship expedition cruises to remote and exotic destinations in Asia-Pacific.
