SINGAPORE (Oct 2): Yamada Green Resources announced that its external auditor, BDO Singapore, has filed a confidential report to the Ministry of Finance (MOF) under Section 207(9A) of the Companies Act of Singapore.

This section of the act relates to when an auditor has reason to believe that a serious offence involving fraud or dishonesty is being or has been committed against the company by its officers or employees.

Yamada is a major grower, manufacturer and supplier of fresh and processed agricultural products in Fujian Province, China.
