YuuZoo's European JV acquires business assets of Cinram Logistics France

SINGAPORE (Sept 4): YuuLog Europe, a joint venture (JV) company recently set up between YuuZoo Corp and the former management of Cinram Logistics France (CLF), has acquired the business assets of CLF, including a business that is expected to generate more than $30 million in revenue this year.

YuuZoo did not disclose the price of the acquisition.
