DBS Bank has sold 1.5 million units in Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) to the market for $1.82 million or $1.21 per unit.

Following the transaction, which took place on Dec 31, 2024, DBS’s stake in MPACT is now at 0.9684%.

The move comes after DBS acquired 1.75 million units in MPACT for $2.1 million or $1.20 per unit on Dec 23, 2024. The transaction at the time brought DBS’s stake to 1.0091%.

MPACT will announce its results for the 3QFY2024/2025 ended Dec 31, 2024, after the close of trading hours on Jan 23.

Units in MPACT closed 2 cents lower or 1.61% down at $1.22 on Jan 7.
