Where can I download The Edge Singapore app?
Search for The Edge Singapore in the App Store or Google Play to download our app.
Do I have to log in to view the issues?
Yes, you have to log in with your email address and password tied with your subscription plan to view the issues.
Do I have to pay to download the app?
The app is free to download on iOS and Android devices. However, you will need a subscription account with us to log into the app. If you do not have an account, you may subscribe here.
Do I need to be online to download the issue?
Yes, you would require WiFi or cellular data to download the issue. Once the issue has been downloaded, you can read it offline.
How do I download the issues?
Click the Download button below the issue that you wish to download (this would require WiFi or cellular data). Once the issue has been successfully downloaded, the button would be changed to Read.
How many past issues can I read or download in the app?
You can read or download issues for the last 12 issues in the app.
Where can I view the issues that I have downloaded?
You can view your downloaded issues on the homepage. Downloaded issues have the Read button below them.
How can I search for a past issue?
You can scroll and view past issues on the homepage.
If I am a free-trial user, can I download the issues?
You can download the issues during your free-trial period. Once your trial ends, you will not be able to log into the app.
What does 3 digital access mean?
It means you will have access to 3 digital replicas of the print version of The Edge Singapore that can be viewed on your:
Desktop/laptop (Mac and Windows);
Tablet (Android and iOS); and
Smartphone (Android and iOS).
What does web-based digital non-replica issue mean?
It means you will have access to a mobile-friendly version of The Edge Singapore in a different layout.
What is The Edge 1-Year Plan?
It is a subscription package that allows you to enjoy access to The Edge Singapore across different platforms. You will get:
52 issues of the print version of The Edge Singapore;
New digital access to Digital Edge, a web-based digital issue; and
1 digital access to The Edge Malaysia in digital.theedgemalaysia.com.
I am an existing subscriber. Can I top up and upgrade to the new plans?
Yes, you can. Existing subscribers can contact our Customer Service Representatives at (65) 6970 7793/ (65) 8800 4114 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) to put in your request. Alternatively, you may email your request to [email protected].
When will the digital replica be available for download?
The Edge Singapore digital replica will be available at 10am on Fridays. The Edge Malaysia digital replica will be available at 9am on Saturdays. Digital Edge digital non replica will be available at 9am on Mondays.
Are there any delivery charges?
We provide FREE delivery of the print version of The Edge Singapore to all subscribers with a Singapore address. Delivery charges will apply accordingly for all non-Singapore addresses.
What should I do if I encounter issues regarding non-delivery of the newspaper?
If you experience any issues pertaining to delivery of the print edition of the newspaper, please alert us promptly by contacting our Customer Service at (65) 6970 7793 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) no later than 3 days after the delivery scheduled date.
I do not live in Singapore. Can I subscribe to The Edge Singapore subscription package?

How do I pay for my subscription?
You can make payment for your subscription through one of the following methods:
By credit card Please provide us with your credit card details in the subscription form and send the form to us via email to [email protected]
By cheque The cheque should be payable to: The Edge Publishing Pte Ltd. Please mail your cheque, along with the completed subscription form, to: The Edge Publishing Pte Ltd, 82 Ubi Avenue 4 #05-04 Edward Boustead Centre Singapore 408832.
Online Click subscribe on the top corner of our site to view our existing subscription plans including prices. Fill in the necessary details and submit.
We have a number of subscribers who are paying via Bank TT and Cheque where can we leave them instructions on how to pay via Bank TT and Cheque?
You will pay offline, and we create online account for them.
When will my subscription commence?
Print version Please allow two to three weeks after receipt of payment for delivery to commence.
Digital replica You will have access to the digital replica once you have successfully activated your Username and Password. We will send you an email with your Username and Password as well as instructions on how to download, install and activate your digital access.
You can upgrade your current subscription to any of the subscription packages.
Can I cancel my subscription package?
No, subscription to The Edge Singapore cannot be refunded or cancelled.
If I am away for a period of time, can my subscription be temporarily suspended? Will I get an extension on my subscription for the period suspended?
No, subscription plans cannot be suspended or extended. If sufficient advance notice is provided, however, we can arrange for the delivery of the print version to be postponed until you return. Please let us know at least two weeks in advance of the issue if you would like to postpone. Can I make changes to my subscription details such as delivery address, email address and phone numbers?

What should I do if I forget my password?

Change of the subscriber’s address will be updated in our system immediately, and the effective date will be in line with the next issue.
