Engaged Amanda to renovate our resale mansionette. Second time my family has engaged her. Amanda has been very responsive, and the process was hassle free. Everything was handled smoothly by her. Always giving the economical suggestions to us that we greatly appreciate. We also had a short timeline before moving in and she managed to complete everything before the promised date. It was through the many good reviews of Stephanie on Google that we decided to engage her as our ID. We are extremely grateful of her being there at every stage of the renovation. Right from the very start, she provided us with her valuable inputs and critics on our renovation plan, ensuring that it is realistic and doable. This means there won’t be any empty promises along the way. Nothing is perfect. All renovations bound to have some mistakes and hiccups. However, we weren’t worried at all as Stephanie would be there to liaise with the contractors and resolve the issue. Throughout the entire renovation journey, she had been proactive and prompt with her replies. The renovation journey had been a stress free one for us because we always know Stephanie would be there to help advise and resolve any unforeseen problems. More importantly, she was very friendly and approachable all the time, allowing us to feel at ease and voice our concerns freely.

The whole renovation journey was a smooth one. From Design till the end of project, we do not need to worry too much as Fiona and her team will assist to take care most of the things and always update us the status as we stay quite far apart and hardly able to check status personally. Now we have a cosy warmth house, thanks to Fiona and her team for making extra miles to make the whole project success.

We strongly recommend Marcus and Jasper because of the fuss free reno we had. 6 years ago, we met Marcus at the absolook showroom and we decided to plan our first house with him because of his professionalism and humble attitude. 6 years later, without any hesitation, we looked for Marcus again!
