We met Richard and Jean back in 2019 when we got our BTO. We were excited and registered interest with a few IDs. Richard contacted us within a few day and I could tell over the phone that he was excited to help us with our first house renovation. We went ahead with them despite having to wait at least 3 years for our bto (excluded covid period) as they gave us a very good impression on the first meeting and we knew they are somebody that will make sure our house is properly renovated and well design. Today our house is fully renovated and we have no regrets to go with them. I must say that they are not perfect in designing to our needs and ensuring everything goes smoothly, but their reactive actions were very impressive to ensure that they make things right for us, even though a few of the issue were our mistake. (Well... who is perfect in the world anyway) Kudos to Richard especially as along the way he had to take on the project himself due to unexpected issue to his assigned partners (there was a few changes in the partner before the actual work start). It did not stop them from completing the job to our satisfactory. Even after we had officially move in and handover the unit to us, Richard still continue to help us in some additional work due which we did not expect when purchasing our own appliance and furniture. This really is something that we sincerely appreciated it as some ID will just wash hand or charge a ridiculous VO.

We were assigned Angela as our designer. Throughout the first 2 meetups for the initial brief and quotation, Angela was very patient and made us feel really comfortable sharing any thoughts, ideas and questions. During the conversations, she took her time to talk through with us and understand our requirements in-depth. We also liked that she did not hesitate to sound out any issues that she foresees with our ideas, instead of simply agreeing to everything (which also shows her experience as an ID). She took initiative to suggest new ideas on her own, which we really appreciated. She was able to sketch out some carpentry on the spot, and this really helped us in visualising the concepts discussed. She was not pushy and did not try to hard sell anything as well. Although we eventually chose another ID firm (as they happened to have the exact design style we were looking for), Angela was in fact one of our top few choices of IDs. Thanks Angela for all the time and effort spent speaking with us and preparing the layout plan and quotation etc. We wish you and ACE Interior all the best! ?

Jack is a Senior interior designer from ACE interior design. He has been very accommodating towards our renovation schedule. He puts utmost pride in his work and execute accordingly. During the renovation stint, we felt very safe and comfortable placing our home in his hands. The trust he has given us is unlike any ID that we have spoken to before. He is prompt in replies, gives creative ideas to create your desired home. He clears any doubts that you have and ensures a smooth process. Great service and professional Testimonial to our ID Jack, Jack provides top of the line service and tries his best to cater to our needs, being shift workers me and my wife rarely have time to meet or inspect renovation works and progression. He keeps us constantly updated even with minute details and has provided valuable advise along the way. Jack is able to visualise and project his ideas easily to what we want. The process of renovation was smooth and well facilitated with little to no delay/hick ups, as a new homeowner, i would consider this an important aspect.
