Had a great experience working with Mariana. She was attentive to our needs, detailed in her work, and provided good advice as to what colours/designs would work and what would not. She was patient and flexible, and dealt with our changing requests well, even at last minute. Whole project was also at a reasonable price. When there was one small mistake made with our study table (4cm too low), they didn't ask any questions, and re-did the entire carpentry without any hassle. During the reno process, Mariana oversaw the project well. Never once did we have to worry about managing the renovation at all - it was a fuss free and relaxed experience. Quality of finishings was also excellent. Project delivered on time and the final product exceeded our expectations. Given a choice, would 100% hire them again to do our next property! Well done!

We worked with Mariana for our new house, and the decision to appoint her was not too difficult as her experience showed in her practical responses when addressing our suggestions and queries. Our priority for the new place was simplicity and ease of maintenance. Mariana understood that well, and came up with designs which we largely accepted. She was also able to adapt and customise our requirements into workable features, such as cutting out a portion of the study room carpentry so that we could incorporate a hanging fan. In addition, she was responsive even after we moved in, meeting our requests for touch up and small changes readily. Importantly, Mariana is also a pleasant person to work with. That counts for a lot when undergoing a big project like the renovation of your home. We have been living in our new place for 3 months, and are happy with the quality of the work and the layout of the carpentry. Overall, we have no regrets working with Mariana and Charlotte's Carpentry for our new place.

ID: Raymond Teng 1) Attention to detail We have spoken with several ID firms before deciding on Charlotte's Carpentry. We realised that it might also be based on luck, as sometimes junior IDs get appointed to service you in big famous ID firms. With Raymond, it was an easy decision to go with him based on how he answered our questions and brought up detail-oriented solutions even in initial chats. We could tell that he is an experienced ID based on his sharing of his process and what to expect when working with him. 2) Practical designs but nice that fit our lifestyle Raymond took the time and effort to understand our lifestyle and taste of design, so he could design a home that both looks good and practical to live in. He even measured my wife's height to recommend custom wardrobe components for long dresses, while making full use of the space for other compartments. 3) Responsive to feedback and gave updates promptly Engaging an ID also means trusting them with the project management of your renovation, and this is something Raymond does effectively and consistently from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress, and concerns were addressed efficiently by Raymond. 4) Final outcome and workmanship Although not all renovation projects will be 100% smooth, Raymond handed the hiccups very well. He project-managed well with the contractors to rectify those hiccups, without having to step in. He was also open to giving feedback on our furniture choices so we could maintain a consistent theme for our home. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome of our home. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable ID for their new home!

Yang Horng was our ID. He was prompt and is receptive but realistic also. He marries practicality with style well and he knows how to match colours well. Works hard to push his contractors to provide top notch service. He does not try to oversell and is honest. Works well with a modest budget.

ID: Lee Jia Hui Completed our 3 room resale HDB renovation and we absolutely love the warm and cozy space that was created which we now call Home to. We engaged Jia Hui from Charlotte’s Carpentry. Jia Hui is sincere, very patient and hardworking. Throughout the renovation, he handled and guided us every step of the way as new home owners, and the journey was assuring. Jia Hui is very customer centric. He always gives practical advice and solutions, putting your needs first. His responsiveness was amazing, and he is always on top of things when things need to be changed or rectified. The condition of our place was already quite old, and it was a challenging project to make things good. We were happy that we met and engaged Jia Hui, and we would definitely recommend him .
