Went through redbrickhomes for them to list down IDs based on the concept and budget we were going for. After talking to all the designers, we settled for Dion because we felt that our ideas and vision for our home aligned with his design ideas. He was also very forthcoming in telling us what would work and what wouldn't work. Working with Dion has been seamless from Day 1 to the day of handover as we felt that he was very accomodating and at the same time very open in giving us ideas and inputs. He was very clear in letting us know the progress and mishaps that happened and is very responsible in ensuring things were rectified. They even redid an entire tv console and master bedroom wardrobe for us due to a miscomm with the carpenters! We mentioned to him thst one of our reasons engaging an ID was because we would like our ID to manage all our deliveries and ensuring things were delivered at the correct timing to reduce delays. The worksmanship quality was great! minimal post reno rectification works to be done. We just felt that Dion was very very responsible and it definitely gave us a peace of mind throughout this journey.

When we engaged Joel to help us with our home renovation, we were impressed with his professionalism. He had a vast amount of experience and a creative mindset. He patiently guided us through the process and helped us achieve what we envisioned. Joel was easy to talk to, open-minded, and respectful of our ideas. He kept us informed throughout the entire renovation and always gave us practical advice. We were grateful for how quickly he resolved any issues that arose and impressed with his promptness in making things right. Finding an interior designer who is both comfortable to work with and reliable is essential, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have found Joel.

After contemplating for quite some time, we finally decided to renovate our living and dry/wet kitchen area in 2023. We met up with Zach from Comuna Interiors in Apr and was immediately drawn to his creativity, knowledge and professionalism during the 1st meet up. We were running a tight deadline to complete the renovation works during June school holidays. From planning to executing the renovation plans, Zach was always prompt in providing response and good advice. His contractors produced reasonably fast and high quality carpentry, lighting works etc. Even though Comuna is a relatively new company and there were hiccups here and there that was expected of any renovation process, rectification works were completed efficiently. We are currently enjoying our comfortable and ideal home.

We engaged Communa Interior as Alfred is always prepared when meeting us. He is able to share his thoughts and vision on the design very clearly. that gave us great confidence in wanting to engage their service. Through the course of the project, Alfred kept us updated on the progress. Even when encountering any issues, he will come up with solutions. Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

We contacted 5 ID firms prior to choosing the final one. Before meeting them, I sent the floor plan, drafted a description of what we want and the requirements. As such, before the meetings, they have enough information to have an idea. Of the 5 IDs, 3 of them were unprepared and wanted to “chat” to know more. I have kids and our schedule is very tight, so I didn’t appreciate that they wasted my time. 2 IDs provided an initial idea and Alfred impressed us further as he knew his stuff. He told us which wall can’t be hacked, what is ok to build and still have good space. So we chose Comuna and it was a wonderful plan. Throughout the process, Alfred was contactable via WA and provided feedback to any ideas we have. When we wanted to get furniture, he gave good feedback. He would come up with a color scheme based on our likes. However, the true test came in the output From the pics, you can see that Alfred’s team’s workmanship is great. He’s cognizant that we have kids so a lot of our in-built stuff are rounded. We have a lot of shoes and he overcame that problem with a floor-to-ceiling shoe rack without making things too crowded. My wife needed her baking space and the island is well constructed. His pricing is also reasonable and I cannot be happier. I highly recommend Comuna Interior to anyone.
