After sourcing and exploring a few IDs, we decided to engage The Local Project - which is THE BEST DECISION EVER. My husband and I are so in love with our renovated resale unit ? We are blessed to have Kelvin and Chloe with us on this journey esp my husband and I had zero clue on renovating a house (first time owners). They nailed every aspect of our requirements, and also gave valuable inputs and suggestions which we truly appreciate. This duo is professional and responsive even on weekends! Timely updates were given to give us a peace of mind as well. Design wise, they definitely hit everything on the brief. Our house is the exact replica of the 3d rendering, if not better. Gotta highlight that the workmanship is extremely good, be it the grouting and carpentry (so many compliments from our friends and relatives). It was such a breeze working with the team, they guided us throughout this journey with so much patience and grace; following up with each and every requests/queries from us diligently. I have recommended my friends and would strongly recommend anyone to The Local Project if they are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable ID (esp if you are 1st time owners like us) - because you will certainly be in a good hands. ?

Firstly, I’d like to thank Kelvin and Louise for the awesome creation, fulfilling our dream house design. Not only was the price reasonable, it matched what was designed to reality. What was a simple plain house was skilfully transformed into a piece of art. Queries and defects throughout the whole process was replied and acted upon promptly despite the covid situation. Aside from the rare misinpretation of our intent, Kelvin was able to handle all the questions we had with tact making the experience a seamless and at the same time, enjoyable. We really love the black design that Kelvin specialises in. Till this date, it’s a tremendous joy and comforting feeling whenever we walk into our house, soaking in the tad envious views of our neighbours. Even though the house was handed over, we had continuous follow up for any defects or issues we faced till date. Kelvin and Louise, you guys were awesome. I’ll strongly recommend people purchasing a new house to approach you guys because I know for a fact, it’ll be an amazing journey during this process, just like we had.

Kelvin was recommended to us by a very good friend who's an interior/architecture photographer. Out of the myriad of designers that he shoots for, Kelvin was recommended to us based on the quality of his work and the similarity of our design tastes. It was a good experience working with Kelvin - he's professional, responsive, provides good ideas and takes action to rectify any issues when they arise. He listens to what we have in mind for our place before giving his input and discussing how to improve certain features/designs. Kelvin didn't have the luxury of time to finish our project - the short timeframe he was given for the amount of work that had to be done and the COVID restrictions that were going on at that time made it even more challenging. The project was delivered later than the planned delivery date but it was outside of his control, due to delays from suppliers etc. Overall, we were very happy working with Kelvin and would recommend him. The only issue we had during the whole process was that some of his subcontractor's work didn't live up to our expectations. However, when they were brought to Kelvin's attention, he made sure that the issues were rectified, which speaks volumes of his commitment to delivering a high standard of quality to his customers, which we greatly appreciate.

We are first time home owner and new to renovation. We decided to engage The Local Project after seeing my friend house that was done by Kelvin. We informed Kelvin on the constraint and limitations of design due to Feng Shui requirements. To our surprise, Kelvin is able to accommodate to our limitation and provide us alternative ideas and advise. He also makes the effort to understand our requirements and goes extra mile to enhance the key features of our house. Throughout the whole process, communication was smooth. Kelvin also provides advice on furniture’s theme that would suit the design of the house. Lastly, the workmanship was fantastic. Would highly recommend The Local Project.

I would like to share my good experience and complement in The Local Project Pte Ltd 's project management skills in designing our unique dream home! During renovation stage, he paid a lot of attention meticulously to details and is able to execute flawlessly on what we had planned and discussed. What sets them apart from other firms is that they are able to accommodate to our request, able to work within our budget with no hidden cost and was 2 weeks ahead of schedule in handing over our home.
