Sam has very good design sense, I had signed the contract with him immediately after I saw the 3D design. He is responsive and has very good pace on following up the work. Very suitable for people who don't have time to follow up the schedule, Sam provided me the update through pictures, videos and voice messages. His perfectionist attitude put me at ease, his demand for quality exceeded my expectations yet he still able to deliver the work on time.

We were looking to build a study loft within a tight deadline of 3 weeks. We did not prepare much info when we turned up at the doorstep but Yvonne from MindDesign was able to guide us through the process. She also seemed to have a good understanding of lofts and what can and cannot be done. By the time the other IDs came back to us with some rough price estimates, the reno work under Yvonne's had already started, just to show the degree of responsiveness and details that were covered with Yvonne within a short period of time. Due to the speed of the works, there were naturally some areas that were vaguely discussed, but Yvonne had either made good decisions for us or in areas that we had doubts, she tried her very best to accommodate and/or explain the rationale. The contractors who worked with Yvonne ranged from superb to one or two who were CMI. So hopefully the vetting of the contractors' staffing can improve. But Yvonne was actively managing the project hence we could pass our feedback to her. The project was completed on time, and we were very satisfied with the quality the work. We feel very grateful to have worked with Yvonne and MindDesign and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a loft.

Di Sheng was the ID assigned to me when I chose to work with MIND design. He has good experience working on loft which was the key consideration in my decision. Di Sheng provided solutions that was aesthetically pleasing within the budget I had given. Although there were some hiccups in the process, he managed to soothe over the issues and overall the result turned out great.

As I have a short timeline for renovation, many ID firms not able to fulfil it. My brother highly recommend Sam Kau from The Mind Design which renovated their lovely home. Sam spent his time to understand our concerns and expectation. We are very pleased with his vast knowledge on renovation and design sense, going through every details of how our future home therefore we entrusted our home renovation to him. Sam has put in effort going through every detail with his team. Communication is the key to prevent any mishaps and to delay any timeline. The team that Sam delegate are professional with great workmanship which gave good opinions between practical and aesthetics. Above all, we managed to moved in ahead of the promised tight timeline and every details of our home are exactly the same impression as 3D diagram. Thank you Sam!
