Like any other couples, my wife and I are rather clueless about interior design and at the end of the day we just want to stay in a house as close to our ideal design as possible. We came across SHE interior from a friend's recommendation. At first we were apprehensive as we didn't hear about it before unlike other more "prominent" names, but decided to schedule an appointment as our friend's home is very well done up. This is not the first ID we went to but upon the first meeting we already made up our mind. Our ID is Ryan She, the co-owner of the company. He was very patient yet systematic in guiding us through the process, from the conceptualisation to the selection of colour palette. To be honest, my wife and I are not the most research intensive couple but even without much in mind, the process was made so fuss free by Ryan. He is able to work entirely within the budget set and more importantly while the other IDs we met were constantly reminding us about the space constraint (4 room HDB), he is the only one to stress that there are more than enough space to optimise. I am sure all of us heard a couple of horror stories from our friends during the process especially with the ID being too "hands-off". But that is not the case with Ryan, not at all. He was consistently checking on the process and updating us. Even when there are hiccups or change of plans, there are always alternatives / recommendations provided. Timeline was well met as Ryan is particularly strict with timeline management. All in all, we are very satisfied with the outcome, the workmanship has been great and the defect checks are very well handled with Ryan overseeing the whole process. And true to his words, the space is very well optimised, friends that have visited our house consistently talk about how our house looks bigger than a 4 room flat. We cannot be absolutely sure that other IDs cannot give the same quality as we have only tested 1. But with our positive experience, we can guarantee that SHE interior is a hidden gem not to miss out and you should really include it as part of your consideration.

Overdue review here but thankful we went along with SHE after referrals from friends and most importantly we’d like to give a shout-out to our ID Kelvin for making our first renovation experience a relatively smooth and pleasant one. He has a good eye for details and is highly responsive. Whenever there were any issues, he would offer a few suggestions so that we could make the best decision and was also patient with us in the process. Even after handover, he was still responsive and arranged for rectifications promptly. Would love to work with him again if we were to move house in the future. Thank you Kelvin!

We engaged Eugene from She Interior due to our friend’s recommendation. We were initially skeptical of the near perfect score review that they have online and the warranty that they claimed to give after house handover. However, with the completion of our house renovations, we would say they truly deserve the 5 stars review that they scored online. We seldom do review but we feel happy to write for them because of the following key reasons that set them apart from others: - Realistic quotation received on the get go - No hard selling to top up items along the way - Super prompt response throughout our renovation journey - Good recommendations on design with cost considerations (I.e. Eugene will advise to do the item that we desire only if the impact justifies the costs) - Honour their warranty period and provide fixes after we moved in All in all, we are satisfied with our renovation outcome and we thanked Eugene & his business partners (tiler, electrician, aircon installer, plumber etc) for making our house a home that is truly ours.

I want to express my appreciation for June on my new house since my experience in renovation was 10 years ago. My experience with her was positive and professional. We carefully discussed the designs, and she kept me updated on the project's progress at every stage. I valued her sound advice when making decisions as i have too much choices and appreciated her responsiveness, patience, and availability even after office hours. What stood out to me was that the budget we discussed initially was adhered to without any surprises. She ensured high-quality workmanship and pointed out the details after completion. I commend her for her dedication and wish her the best in her future endeavours!

It is never easy to find a right interior designer as reviews could be misleading and inaccurate. It is an intangible service that you will be engaging as it is not just about the outcome but the process and experience. Thankfully we found Eugene from SHE interior and most of his reviews were consistent. We took a leap of faith and engaged him after some reccomendations. Eugene was very friendly and open from the start importantly he was very transperant on the various costs breakdown. Throughout the process from contract signing to handover (3months or so) it was a smooth and assuring journey with Eugene. He provided timely updates automatically and he was able to get back to our questions almost immediately. His response time was always prompt despite us having requests / pressing needs even at odd hours. This was extremely important for us as it we knew what was the latest progree in our home and it provided the assurance we needed as first time home owners. One thing my wife was looking for in an ID is that they should not agree to everything we want. Reason being we are not the professionals and we needed someone with a clear vision and could tell us if our ideas were able to suit or if it was not ideal. We found the best of both worlds with Eugene as he was very open to our ideas and was able to improvise to our needs. Most importantly he did not give in if he felt that it was not suitable for the aesthetic of the home, he would advise us an alternative instead and was honest when we needed him to be. Most of his advice was spot on and the outcome of the house exceeded our expectations. What you see is what you get as the end product was almost the same as the 3D provided. We could not be happier with his professional services but he alone may not make it possible as his professional team (tiler, painter, carpenters) provided top notch work as well. Most of the time when one engages an ID, we would not know the quality of their team. But in this case, they were great and meticulous. Their coordination with us home owners and each other were seamless. The carpentry work is of good quality and the tiler was amazing, we found they have passion and pride in their work (our toilet has 3 grout colors to match our diff tiles). Completion date was within expectaion and we would like to thank Eugene for the beautiful home he promised and accomplished for us since the first day we met. Kudos to the team and we would highly reccomend SHE interior to anyone who wants a reliable and high quality interior designer.
