I was worried when looking for an ID for my renovation cos I was ignored by IDs after knowing my unit is just one bedroom condominium. Luckily I found Choon Choon from swiss interior. She was friendly and it was comfortable talking to her. Soon after the first contact I engaged with her for my renov. She was responsive and thoughtful throughout the process. She was always accomodating my schedule from discussions to onsite visits. She took it seriously when helping me to design my house although it is a small unit. She also gave me many ideas and suggestions. She can simply answer any question I asked her. If she was not sure she will try to find out. The renovation took about slightly more than a month and everything was on schedule. As I am always overseas, Choon Choon help me to monitor everything without me chasing her. The workmanship turns out to be satisfying. Some defects were in fact spotted by her and she volunteers to do touch up or amendment for me as if it was her house. I was really happy with the outcome of my renovation and everything was beyond my expectation. Those who had came to the house all complimented on the design. If anyone wants to have a smooth nice renovation without much worries, i highly recommend Choon Choon.

I engage Alex and Dylan from Swiss Interior for my 2-room BTO flat. My first meeting with them, they are able to understand what I am looking for my new home. One of a factor that differentiates them with their IDs is their openness in sharing and the comfort talking to them. They collaborate on details drawings and provide colors or furniture choice to propose a design that meet my requirements such as space, aesthetically pleasing interiors and also putting an effort to work within my home budget Throughout the renovation process, they will provide frequent updates of the renovation works whether it is partial done or completed through pictures and videos. And along the way, whenever I have any question or concern of certain part of the renovation work, they are prompt to answer my queries. Overall, the entire renovation process was quite smooth, though with some hiccups, but Alex and Dylan still able to resolve it and ensure that I am satisfied. I will recommend them if anyone is looking for reliable ID. Thank you Alex and Dylan for making my dream home ?

We spoke with many IDs, before we decided to go with Kent who we found via Qanvast and engaging him was the best renovation related decision made. Kent is patient, detailed and has a good eye for detail / style. Throughout the entire process, he constantly updated us on WhatsApp on the progress of the works, even when we were away for 2 weeks. Whenever we had queries / needed help choosing items for our furnishings, Kent would answer every question patiently and as quickly as possible, with as much detail and great thought given. Even now post renovation, Kent never fails to assist us with our renovation queries and rectification works should we require any help. Swiss Interior is not the cheapest ID in the market but we are very pleased with the service Kent has provided us. We will definitely recommend Kent to anyone who is looking for an ID as he has made our renovation progress a smooth sailing one. Thanks Kent!

We were introduced to Jeff Lau from Swiss Interior by a friend, and he has given us a fuss-free experience from beginning till end. When we began the initial planning and negotiation processes, Jeff was very willing to accommodate our work schedule. He gave sound and honest advice to our requests, and provided economical alternatives without compromising on quality. Through the renovation phase, he was very responsive and quick to update us on the ongoing progress. Updates were always accompanied by photos or videos. He also put in the extra effort to coordinate with external suppliers whom we had contracted for other items. Post-renovation, he also remained as responsive as ever to coordinate the minor touch ups required, even coming on-site at times to ensure that everything was properly done. Jeff may not provide you with the cheapest quote - but what he will do is he will not overpromise you, and he will give you a trouble-free experience throughout. His timely response and his sense of responsibility is worth paying the premium for. We will definitely recommend him to any family or friends who are looking for renovation services. Thank you Jeff!
