Very pleased with Interior Designer Dai Fei. He gave many practical ideas, prompt in his replies and transparent with the costing of the renovations and options. As with every renovation, there were slight hiccups with material delays and adjustments. For that, I am grateful that he could advise and follow up closely with the contractors. We worked with Wayne Leong and his team. When we first explored different IDs/Reno Contractors, they were the only ones who understood our needs well and could do sketches on the spot to flesh out the design and come up with practical solutions to some of our needs (which we initially thought would not be difficult due to limited space). Hence, we signed up with him. However, as with all reno work, for those designs where we have very specific requirements, then we made decisions on the details and informed him so as not to have any surprise for assumptions/decisions the he/his sub-contractors may make on our behalf. I was very fussy in some aspects of this and Wayne was able to accomodate well. The subcontractors do good quality work with almost no defects for them to fix after completion (or Wayne's team inspected beforehand and ensured they were fixed before I came). We used their ID services mainly for colour scheme selection (which they did a very good job based on our general preference) and to-scale 3D rendering which was very helpful to have a better idea of how the design would finally look like. Wayne was also able to also rush out and complete the key reno work before a hard deadline for moving in. Highly recommend Todz'Terior and Wayne Leong and his team.
