Just to share my renovation experiences on Zenith ARC – Alan Leong. We are busy with our works and seldom went to our new house on weekdays. During the whole renovation process, we do not need to worry much as Alan had help to schedule and monitor all other works that is not under his contract (e.g., aircon, lightings, curtains etc...). Basically, we just need to confirm the vendors and he will monitor the work progress for us. The tiling jobs are excellent as we did not find any hollow floor or wall tiles. Although there is some miscommunication on the carpentry and we must re-do one of the shoe cabinet side panel, Alan's attitude is positive and help to rectified without any additional cost. Alan's response and proactive actions on rectification works and schedule were excellent. All major works completed on time. Appreciate his follow-up with their sub-con on outstanding works. Lastly, thank you very much and appreciate your patients, efforts, and time for this renovation project.

We've engaged Wai Wai to design our first home, and it was the best decision ever. We have met up with around 5 IDs before her, and many of them could not show us anything other than showing us their past projects. Wai Wai managed to impress us on our first meeting as she proposed to do draft floor plan sketches for us so that we can make a decision (non of the IDs we met proposed this). She not only came out with a design that matches what we are looking for, but also proposed ways and functional details that are critical for our small living space. She is also very responsible and responsive towards us whenever we approach her. We will definitely recommend Wai Wai to our friends or anyone who is looking for an ID.

We began our renovation journey by meeting up with 7-8 IDs and Hee Ruey was among the 3 whom we shortlisted. We eventually chose her as she was in our view the best communicator who is fluently bilingual and expresses herself clearly (even over text!). She was not pushy and let us take the time we needed to decide. What we liked was the fact that she was attentive to our needs/preferences right from our very first meeting. Despite being one of the youngest IDs we'd encountered, she was knowledgeable and capable of balancing form and function in her ideas. She was also unassuming and made sure to check and revert on our queries. Prior to the start of the renovation, discussions with Hee Ruey were almost always smooth and pleasant. Her patience with us was commendable as she would always spend time providing us with detailed explanations and answers to our questions. Even when it came to points of contention (e.g., the location of aircon trunking/box-up, the number of lights and type of switches), discussions were always professional as Hee Ruey would voice her concerns without pressuring us to agree to her suggestions. We appreciated her opinions and willingness to accept our choices as it enabled us to make informed decisions without unnecessary stress or judgment. While the first couple of weeks were hectic and stressful, the rest of the renovation process was hassle-free and smooth sailing, much to Hee Ruey’s credit. Any minor hiccups were rectified quickly and our home was never in danger of becoming a nightmare to build. Hee Ruey was meticulous in her work and would painstakingly explore the pros and cons of each option with us just to make sure we carefully considered them. She was consistent from start to finish and there were no doubts that she would see the project through. Now that our home has been completed, we would like to thank Hee Ruey and her team of contractors for a job well done. Hee Ruey made a promise to help build our dream home and she has indeed delivered: our renovation chapter was as smooth as we could possibly have asked for. Her pleasant disposition and energy makes her a joy to work with, and we are confident that she will do her very best for all her future clients. She is highly recommended to all future homeowners and we look forward to working with her again for any other project.

WOM to WOW! “It truly feels like a showroom!” This is the feedback we received the moment our guests stepped into our home designed by Jordan from Zeniths Arc. When we are shortlisting for ID, all of them came back with a pluck and play design which does not gel into our house with an unique structure. Through word of mouth (WOM), our close friends recommended Zeniths Arc as they had seen many successful home designs when they went for house warming. From WOM to WOW, we are truly blessed to meet a dependable yet creative interior designer who bring out the best and unique design for our home. Unlike other interior designers we have met, he truly understands our preferences and customise the design. He simply has a way to understand our inner thoughts before we articulate out or even at times we are unable to explain what we truly want; in a split moment, “voila”, he can turn a faint idea into reality. As Jordan and his troop are experienced and work with great synergies, the whole rework of the house was a surprisingly pleasant and Fun process, from confirming a design concept, down to selection of tiles to soft furnishing and unboxing the house like a pressie. The entire pre and post services for this journey are top notch. Not forgetting to mention that during the critical renovation period, we are down with covid so we are unable to go on-site for review or involve in problem solutioning. Special thanks to Jordan to assure us and being an excellent problem solver! For our next home, we will definitely engage your professional service once again, as it is such an enticing home design experience for both of us!

Hugo is one of the first few IDs we’ve met when we started on our renovation journey. We sort of clicked at first sight. As a first-time homeowner, we’re filled with lots of amazing ideas, though under limited budget. Hugo always listens to our wants patiently and give us appropriate suggestions if we went overboard with our ideas. He is very responsive and transparent to both our queries and concerns. Besides that, we’re also impressed in how he is very sincere and respectful (never sarcastic or gave snarky remarks) to our parents who tends to give a lot of comments here and there during the renovation process. We often praise him well done for the “tough” job that he didn’t sign up for. Initially we were a bit skeptical on how our walk-in wardrobe in our master bedroom will turn out given that we didn’t knock down any walls, but he gave us confidence to proceed with the idea and we really loved how cosy and functional the room turned out. To top it off, his team of carpenters also upheld a high standard of workmanship, and we are very satisfied. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience working with Hugo. He doesn’t push his design idea on us and instead, embraces our feedback and crafted the ideal home we wanted. We highly recommend him to anyone seeking an ID to aid on their renovation journey!
