ComfortDelGro (CDG) and Zurich Insurance Company, on Jan 6, announced that they will launch an exclusive travel insurance product named Zurich Travel Comfort.

The single-trip travel policy for individuals and groups can be purchased through CDG’s Zig app. Under the policy, customers are covered before their trip when they ride to Changi Airport through the Zig app. The policy also covers travel disruptions that are due to the trip’s vehicle breakdown enroute to Changi Airport, reimbursing up to $1,000 for customers to cover additional accommodation or travel expenses.
