The manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIRT) reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 0.11 cent for 2Q20 ended June, which slumped 81.7% from the 0.60 cent reported a year ago.

The manager had retained 10% of the distributable income in operations for the period. Had the retention been included, the DPU for 1H20 would have been 3.659 cents per unit.

Unitholders can expect to receive their dividends on August 28.

The trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) has announced a total distribution per unit (DPU) of 0.93 cent for the 2Q20 ended June, unchanged from the DPU reported in 2Q19.
