The Singapore-based fashion-tech company’s board appointed EY Corporate Services Pte as provisional liquidator.

It’s a steep fall for Zilingo from just five months ago, when Bose’s fundraising efforts valued the company at US$1.2 billion.

The board has not yet decided who will replace Bose, though one option discussed is to appoint interim leadership.
