Asiaphos expects to be back in the black in its upcoming 1HFY2024.

The reversal is mainly attributed to a net profit of $6.1 million from discontinued operations.

The termination date for the term sheet, initially scheduled to be executed on or before Nov 17, has been extended to Dec 31.
