SGX is finally seeing its second new listing this year.

The closing price represents a 5% premium to the company’s initial public offering (IPO) price of 20 cents per share.

The company expects to issue its IPO shares at 25 cents apiece.

One of the reasons behind the acquisition is that it allows Fabchem China to maintain its listing status on the SGX-ST.
