CDL Hospitaity Trusts

Despite facing impact from Covid-19 on all segments, City Developments Limited (CDL) is fixed on long-term recovery, with the hospitality sector expected to rebound after a vaccine is found, say analysts.

 Since March 23, when the FTSE ST REIT Index made its low, ARA US Hospitality Trust has recovered the most within its stressed hospitality sector. However, since the start of the year, the US trust is the worst performer.
